Rebecca is incredibly skilled as a coach. She is a great listener, thinks independently, is able to draw conclusions based on her perspective, literature, and experience. She relayed articles and podcasts to me throughout our time together which were relevant and especially poignant. She was even able to pick out chapters, ideas, and parts of an article that I should pay particular attention to.

Rebecca was bold enough to call out unproductive behaviors (talking about other people when I should've been talking about myself) and insights she was having (“why do you think you do that?) instead of simply saying what she thought. 

She made me feel very safe in revealing my truths and historical frameworks which meant we could make great strides relatively quickly. 

She also uses a generous dose of humor so that the sessions ran the gamut of emotions and remained fresh. Superb.
