Rebecca is incredibly skilled as a coach. She ts a great listener, thinks independently, is able to draw conclusions based on her perspective, literature, and experience. Rebecca was bold enough to call out unproductive behaviors (talking about other people when I should've been talking about myself) and insights she was having (“why do you think you do that?) instead of simply saying what she thought.
