HOW IT WORKS:

We typically meet every 2–3 weeks for 60 minutes, depending on your goals and schedule. Each session is a mix of goal-oriented conversation, practical reflection, and space to work through real-time leadership challenges.

Between sessions, you’ll have a secure, personalized web page to track progress, revisit insights, and stay in touch. I often share articles, tools, and frameworks tailored to your focus areas—many clients find this space helps anchor our work and keep momentum between meetings.
