Rebecca’s Leadership Program was simply excellent.
Rebecca’s engaging sessions successfully brought together managers and staff from all levels to focus on their development in a constructive and healthy learning environment.
The subject matter and structure are relevant and spot-on for tapping into one’s leadership styles and digging deep into the ways we engage one another (peers and client) in the workplace. The program helps to uncover the why behind one’s behaviors and actions helping to inform better outcomes for the individual and teams alike. The sessions really resonated with the team as evident from the team’s day-to-day application of their learnings throughout the monthly program.
Lastly, I’ll say that it also brought our department closer as a group because of how the program was structured. They had fun learning with each other, making each session something they looked forward to.
